No. We build on top of what you already use — your booking system, CRM, invoicing tool, spreadsheets, even plain email. If something's missing a proper tool, we'll suggest one, but it's never required.
Fair question — ServiceM8 and similar tools do include basic reminders. In practice, most businesses turn that toggle on once and never revisit it, and it's a single channel (usually email or SMS, not both). We set it up properly, run it across SMS, email and voice where it matters, monitor that it's actually working, and — unlike your job-management software — we also build your website and handle your Google Maps and search ranking. Most businesses end up needing that anyway; we just do it as one system instead of three separate vendors.
